Readers' Choice- The Register Guard Newspaper holds an annual competition for dozens of different categories including financial planner. T. Mann Financial was voted in 2020 as the number one financial planner. In 2021 we were voted as a top 3 finalist. No compensation was provided to the Register Guard for this award and or participation in this competition.
Marketplace Circle of Champions- The Federal Marketplace places brokers who assist 20 or more marketplace applicants each year in its Circle of Champions. T. Mann Financial was placed in the Circle of Champions for the years of 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024. No compensation was provided to the Federal Marketplace for this award and or participation in this competition.
20 Under 40 Rising Business Stars- The Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce selects 20 rising business stars and Todd Mann was selected and awarded this in 2022. Winners show excellence in their careers, put a priority on community service and want to make their community the best it can be. Todd is not currently a member of the Eugene Chamber. No compensation was provided for this award and or participation in this selection process.
2021 Emerging Leader- The Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce annually selects an emerging leader at their Annual Awards and Installation event. Todd Mann was selected and awarded this in 2021. This award recognizes an individual who exhibits exemplary leadership in volunteer work and civic engagement, as well as a commitment to professional and leadership development. Todd is currently a member of the Springfield Chamber but did not serve on the independent selection committee. No compensation was provided for this award and or participation in this selection process.
Top 3 Financial Services in Eugene- Three Best Rated holds an annual selection process for dozens of different categories including financial planner. They handpick the Top 3 Financial Services in Eugene, Oregon based on a rigorous 50-Point Inspection, which includes customer reviews, history, complaints, ratings, satisfaction, trust, cost and general excellence. T. Mann Financial was selected in both 2022 and 2023. No compensation was provided to Three Best Rated for this award and or participation in this selection process.
